Timber Wolf ( captive) " Luna "

This is Luna, one of four Timber wolves in captivity at Wolf Watch, centre in Shropshire.They are all rescued animals, hand reared and cared for.This is the only centre that I know of that does this work. It is there to teach about wolves and the problems they have. Wolves have always had bad press, Wolf Watch try to even the scales.Wolves are on our list to witness may be one day in Yellowstone. Sadly Luna has died recently at the age of 12, she was my sponsored wolf this year at Wolf Watch.
