The Cheviot Hills were a new venture for us and turned out to be a relatively undiscovered gem, as is so much of Northumberland. The ever changing light as the sun moved between clouds caused these wonderful colour patterns which were fascinating to stand and watch. I don't think i've ever seen such an amazing array of colours in the hills before.
