Etna is the 3rd most active Volcano in the world. A constant hazard to those that live in it's shadow. The Sicilians are used to it's groaning, everyday life continues. It was a fascinating 4 nights we spent in it's shadow, We even managed a climb to the rim of the lava lake !!!

Location: Mount Etna, Sicily, Italy, Europe.
