Red Deer in Rut.

This stag is caught in action, chasing off a rival during the rut in October/ November. Autumnal colours a drop in temperatures all follow the rut. Taken in Richmond Park this spectacle can be witnessed by the general public. Always beware to keep a safe distance, with this amount of testosterone it can be dangerous.
